adolescence, and manhood through his witty, wise eyes.

James McDermott has written two plays (Rubber Ring, Time & Tide) and now writes for EastEnders.
This show is based on James’s spoken word poetry collection, Manatomy which is published by
Burning Eye Books and was longlisted for Polari’s First Book Prize 2021.
